Hamas' Victory

Hamas held victory rallies. Yep, it is a victory for them. A cease fire is only temporary for them; simply a means for them to regroup. They have NO intention on accepting Israel. The rockets will begin again as soon as everything calms down. . . . My question is: What will the world do when the rockets begin again? Will they, as usual, ignore the situation? And if Israel retaliates will Israel yet again be chastised for it?
